Recently, I’ve been researching different ways to make my closet transitional, (you know, getting ready for fall, but still sooo hot! Ugh! Texas weather, right?) try to create a new look for this season, and still stay within budget. I think I did well, if I don't say so myself. I found some great pointers to share with all my girls at the Vogue!
Try buying these 10 must have items and we shall see how your closet feels then!
1. Transitional Dress
Purchase a transitional dress that will look super trendy if paired with sandals, tights, and/or boots.
2. Classic Hobo
Two words: Sleek and Chic. Stretch your look with a classic season-less hobo bag!
3. Relaxed Trousers
Easy pants that are also a classic? That is a win-win situation! Dress them up or down with flats or booties, and pairing it with your favorite tee or fancy blouse!
4. Closed Toe Slides
No matter the season, these shoes are happening! Take it from a chic flat to a preppy loafer to refine the whole look.
5. The Statement Earring
Huge Hoops, Oval Orbs... find the perfect bold earrings and be creative! Pair with maxi dress & spice it up with your sexy leather jacket vibe!
6. Night Out Blouse
Date Night? No Stress! Pair those skinny jeans with strappy heels and a fun top and step out on the town like you own the place!
7. A Patterned Watch
Apple Watch or not, play with prints by switching up your bands or watch faces and go bold!
8. Perfect Shirt
A Crisp Blouse never looked so good, and in so many different ways!
9. Satin Shoes
Ballet flats, block heels, ankle booties, even sneakers! Satin is a year round stunner!
10. The 9-5 Dress
This is the easiest way I know to have a complete outfit in minutes, and look polished in no time!
All I know is that I will be working on my key essentials for this season and I hope you get yours in order too! Don't forget to then clean out the extras and bring them to Vintage Vogue for that added satisfaction of CLEAN!
